Welcome to Suki, a marketplace for buying and selling secondhand items in the Philippines. By creating an account or using Suki, you agree to these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is absolutely no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Suki. You may not post, send or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable, and you may not abuse, harass or impersonate other people.

You also may not list items whose sale is prohibited or restricted: weapons, drugs, medicines, live animals, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, adult material, or anything else forbidden by Philippine law.

We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account responsible is suspended or permanently banned, without warning and without refund of anything.

Reporting and blocking

Every listing has a ⚑ Report button so you can flag anything objectionable, and a 🚫 Block button that instantly hides that person and all of their listings from you. Reports reach us immediately. You can also write to salageri84@gmail.com.

Your listings

You are responsible for what you post and for the items you sell. Only list things you actually own and may legally sell, describe them honestly, and use your own photos. Suki is a place for buyers and sellers to meet: we are not a party to your deals, we do not process payments, and buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery between themselves.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Suki. Keep your account to yourself. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from your profile — see how to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
